Background

The company was founded in 1984 by Jan-Erik Ottosson as a limited partnership company. The joint-stock company was established in 1994. We’re been in the transport industry for three generations, from the late 1930s when our grandfather Herbert Ottosson started as a driver. In those days, the cargo was timber. In 1959, Lars-Erik Ottosson took over and transported houses for Hultsfredshus, the largest house manufacturer in Europe at that time.

Our main business is heavy and special transports throughout Europe. Anything, anywhere – nothing is impossible! At Ottosson’s, the customer always comes first. Also, we always use the most modern equipment available, for example the most environment friendly lorries concerning engines, tyres, oil etc.

The company is certificated to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
